Questions about the platform.
I already have a website. Do I have to give it up?
Not necessarily. You can move the store onto your main domain or run it on a subdomain like order.your-printshop.md, linked from your current site.
Who adds my products and prices?
We do. During launch we import your catalog and formulas from the spreadsheets you already use. You review and approve.
Can I change prices myself after launch?
Yes. Formulas, paper prices, finishing and discounts are edited in the dashboard without a developer, and new prices appear on the site immediately.
Which online payment methods are available?
Card payments through Moldovan bank processors, bank transfer by invoice for businesses, and pay on pickup. We set up exactly the methods you use.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel any time. If you leave, we export your customers, orders and products.
