Questions about pricing.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown exclude VAT. Businesses receive a monthly tax invoice.
Do I pay anything for the launch?
No. Launch, catalog import and setting up your pricing formulas are included in the subscription, whatever the plan.
Can I upgrade from Start to Pro?
Yes, any time, from the dashboard. The difference is prorated for the days left in the month.
Can I switch from the Platform to the Franchise or back?
Yes. Some print shops start as franchisees and, once they buy machines, move to the Platform along with their customers and order history.
Is there a commission on sales with the Platform?
No. With the Platform you only pay the monthly subscription, however much you sell. The sales percentage only applies to the Franchise, where TG Print does the production.
