Questions about the franchise.
Do I need experience in printing?
No. Onboarding training covers products, paper stocks, finishing and the questions customers ask. For everything else, the TG Print team replies the same day.
Who sets the selling prices?
You start with TG Print's recommended prices, already set up in the calculators. You can adjust your margin per product, within the limits of the contract.
How does the money flow?
Customers pay in your store. Each month you get a sales report, and TG Print keeps the production cost and the franchise percentage. The rest is your income.
Is there exclusivity per city?
In smaller towns, yes — one franchisee per town. In Chișinău we split partners by niche, so you don't compete with each other.
Can I also sell my own products or services?
Yes. You can add design, installation or other services of your own in the same store, next to the TG Print catalog.
