What's the difference between the Platform and the Franchise?
The Platform is for businesses that already have production: you pay a monthly subscription and sell your own products. The Franchise is for anyone who wants to sell print without machines: you get a ready-made store with TG Print products, we produce, and you only pay a percentage of sales.
How quickly can I launch my store?
A franchise goes live in a few days, because everything is already set up. For the Platform, launch usually takes 14 days — the time it takes to add your catalog and pricing rules.
Can I use my own domain and brand?
Yes, with both models. The store runs on your domain with your logo, colors and content. Your customers never see TGPRINT.
How are prices calculated?
Each product has a formula: size, paper, quantity, colors, finishing, rush. You set it up once, and the customer sees the exact price instantly with every change.
What if I want to cancel?
The subscription stops month to month, with no penalties. We'll export your data — customers, orders, products — for you.
